The list is short.
Every class
- Your laptop, charged, with Xcode on it. See Check That Xcode Runs.
- Your charger. Xcode and your games use a lot of battery.
- Your passwords for your LCS Google account and, once you have made it, your GitHub account. Class time spent on password resets is class time gone.
When I say so
- Your iPhone and its charging cable, later in the year, if we move our games to the iPhone. For now, our games run on your Mac, so you do not need it. An iPhone is useful but never required.
- Your Apple Account password, for the Apple Account you will make with your LCS email address.
- Your books, Become a Select Star and 5 Steps to a 5: AP Computer Science Principles, on the days we use them.
- Headphones, on days when we watch a video or your game plays sound.
Forgot your charger? Tell me at the start of class, not at the end when your battery dies.
Test of success
- You arrive with your laptop charged and your charger in your bag.
